Shipping policy
Orders are shipped via USPS. All orders must contain the same billing and shipping address. Items are processed in 2-3 business days and shipped out within 2 business days after order is processed. Delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to holidays or inclement weather. Tracking information is available once your item has been processed. We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, improperly addressed, or refused packages. It is your responsibility to track your package. If USPS doesn’t leave you a pickup slip, go to your designated post office with your tracking number. We are not liable for packages that are unclaimed and returned. You will be charged another fee to reship the package. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must visit your local post office or contact their customer service 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777).
